NEA Scholarship Information

This scholarship in the amount of $1,000 is awarded each year to an applicant who is a high school senior going to an accredited college in the fall of 2019.  The applications are read by a committee headed by the Scholarship Chairperson, Frances Calzetta.

The application must include

• An official high school transcript
• A letter of recommendation from the Guidance Department
• A letter of recommendation from a private or specialization teacher if going into a Music, the Arts, Technology or Culinary Studies
•  An essay written to a prompt at least 350 words double spaced
• Optional pictures or creative samples are welcome
• The application must be postmarked or emailed no later than May 30, 2019
